We stand behind our product and our commitment to our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please review the Terms and Conditions provided on our website, crawlspacerepair.com. If after reviewing the Terms and Conditions you have not reached a satisfactory resolution, we encourage you to contact the owner, Matthew Leech, at (864) 223-7800 to troubleshoot your concerns. If a resolution is not reached, our Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided below.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The Company warrants that their products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal proper use, storage, and operating conditions, for thirty years. The Company will, at its option, replace or repair a defective product returned to the Company, or if the company determines repair and replacement are impossible, refund the purchase price. For purposes of this Warranty, the thirty year period begins on the date of shipment to the original purchaser and continues for thirty years as long as the building remains in good repair and functional for ordinary uses. The purchaser will take complete responsibility for the installation of the Company’s products.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID IN EVENT OF:
- Improper, negligent, abusive or other misuse of the products not intended or authorized in writing by the Company.
- Alteration or unauthorized repairs to the product which, in the Company’s sole judgment, would affect the performance, safety or reliability of the products.
- Failure to give notice, in writing, to the Company of the defect within ten days of discovery of the defect.
- The product to be warrantied is not registered at https://crawlspaceencapsulation.com/warranty-registeration
The Company may render advice, recommendations or opinions as to the application, installation, or operation of its products, but such advice, recommendations or opinions shall be at Purchaser’s own risks and shall not give rise to liability based upon reliance on such advice, recommendations or opinions rendered by the Company.
In no event or under any circumstances shall the Company be liable for special, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages or for anticipated profits of the Customer. The Company’s sole liability for any breach hereunder, is at its election, to repair or replace tendered products with products which conform to the order, or to refund the purchase price, under the terms of the warranties contained herein.
In any event, the Company’s liabilities in connection with this order, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products.
GOVERNING LAW
The right and the duties of the parties hereto shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina.
WARRANTY CLAIM SUBMISSIONS
Submit all warranty claims in writing within ten days of the defect discovery. Include a brief description of damage, a copy of dated sales receipt, invoice and evidence of installation date and send to:
